Marketing has been my path from the very beginning.

More than 20 years ago, I began my career in the multifamily industry, where I naturally became the marketing lead for every community I served. While others focused solely on operations, I was drawn to branding, resident experience, advertising, and the strategies that helped communities stand out.

That passion shaped my career.

Over the next two decades, I advanced from onsite leadership into regional and corporate marketing roles, ultimately leading portfolio-wide marketing strategy for more than 30,000 apartment homes across the United States. Along the way, I gained something many agencies never have — a firsthand understanding of how marketing impacts operations, leasing performance, revenue, reputation, and long-term business growth.

Today, PassionFlower Marketing is the culmination of that journey.

I created the agency to provide organizations with executive-level marketing strategy paired with boutique-level partnership. I believe the best marketing isn't simply beautiful — it should solve problems, build trust, strengthen brands, and produce measurable business results.
